Our business remains OPEN, and we have temporarily modified our store operations to help keep everyone safe. Please read our temporary customer-service plans for service, pickups, and purchases:
**PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT SKI LEASE DROP OFFS ARE NOW BEING ACCEPTED** (We have extended the window for drop offs through June 30th- with flexibility)
Ski Returns Procedure: Please print form below. There is a large trailer set up near the back corner of our parking lot, to the left of our dumpsters- Please look for signage. We will keep the doors of the trailer open during business hours (10am-5pm). There will be racks in the trailer to place skis and boots- everything is labeled inside the trailer. In an effort to make the returns contact less, please use the drop off forms that were emailed to you and leave forms in the basket that is labeled as such. (If you didn't receive ski lease drop off form, please simple write: Your Name, Your Phone Number, Your Email, and the number of skis and boots returned. ) THANK YOU!
We are encouraging customers to shop with us via phone, and e-mail. We offer home delivery (within 8 miles of the store) and store pickups for online/phone orders.
We offer buying consultations over the phone and will happily send you pertinent information to give you confidence in your purchase.
We are providing curbside pickup and drop off for service and purchases by appointment.
Although we are open we would like to limit foot traffic through our store- this is for the safety of our employees and our patrons. Please call us before you visit the store, and we will assist you accordingly.
